OUR PROGRESS – 2024 summer – 2025 spring
Development and testing Skipper APP – 2024
The actual IT development started in January 2024 and the main functions were delivered in May 2024. In this process, the project leading body consulted with the IT developers of the University of Pannonia on a regular basis about the ways of the use and buildup of the Skipper APP. The test version was live from May 2024 to September 2024 and the first public version was published in October 2024.
The Skipper APP is a digital tool to collect Learning Paths, assess 10 Categories of development through a self-evaluation questionnaire and an automated function to issue the SKIPPER Passport, a digital diploma supplement for students with a digital signature of the education institution. Every institution has their own copies of the APP and it runs on their own servers. The APP and website are accessible and compatible with NVDA and TalkBack screen reader applications.
In our Erasmus+ Project, the university APP is available via the following link: https://skipper.uni-pannon.hu/
